The new vunk management team was elected at the general meeting on November 18, 2025: Prof. Dr. Steffen Kroschwald, LL.M.andProf. Dr. Margarita Bidler.

The previous institute director and founder, Prof. Dr. Tobias Brönnekewas honored for his many years of dedicated and visionary work. With his establishment of vunk, he has created a strong foundation on which the new management team will continue to build.

The new management duo would like to thank him for his election and the trust he has placed in them. They are very much looking forward to shaping the future of the institute together.

In addition to the election of the new management, the successes to date and current projects were presented at the general meeting and an outlook was given on vunk's future plans. The aim remains to further strengthen research into sustainable consumption and expand the Institute's social impact.

The vunk would like to thank all members for their commitment and looks forward to further developing the institute together and continuing to work together in a spirit of trust.
