Hot off the press: “The New Law of Obligations”
News

Far-reaching changes to the law of obligations are on the horizon—and legal practitioners must prepare for them well in advance. In a new, approximately 300-page volume, the editors and authors present the upcoming new regulations in a practical manner and provide concrete guidance for legal advice, contract drafting, and litigation.
The focus is particularly on
- new disclosure requirements for consumers
- the introduction of the new “cancellation button”
- the reform of consumer loan and financial services law
- the new right to repair.
