VuR Article on the KIVEDU Project Published

The “KIVEDU – Artificial Intelligence-Based Consumer Enforcement” project by the vunk Institute at Pforzheim University is featured in a detailed scholarly article in the journal “Verbraucher und Recht (VuR).”

In an article titled “AI-Supported Monitoring of Cease-and-Desist Declarations in Consumer Law—Potential and Legal Limits Using the Example of ‘KIVEDU,’” Zina Al-Washash, Prof. Dr. Steffen Kroschwald, and Prof. Dr. Thomas Schuster examine how artificial intelligence can be used to monitor cease-and-desist declarations in consumer law.
