Andreas Schneider is a research associate at Pforzheim University. He studied Business Information Systems – Management & IT as well as Information Systems at Pforzheim University. Since October 2025, Mr. Schneider has been serving at the Business School as Coordinator for AI Strategy and Application in Teaching and Research. In this role, he supports the faculty both in the strategic design and the operational implementation of artificial intelligence in teaching and research projects. In addition, he serves as an advisor and coach for professors and staff on all matters related to the use of AI.

Previously, Mr. Schneider worked as a research associate in the field of Digital Business Management, where he took on management-related tasks in program organization and development of the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs in Digital Business Management (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) since 2024.

His teaching focuses on providing both fundamental and advanced knowledge in computer science and information systems. This includes, in particular, programming with Java, algorithms and data structures, software engineering, as well as agile project management. He teaches these subjects not only in Digital Business Management but also in other Bachelor’s and Master’s programs at the university.
