Design info day with portfolio consultation

Last consulting day before the application deadline: Take the chance, clarify last questions and get feedback on your portfolio!
At our advising day you can inform yourself about the contents of our Bachelor's programs as well as the preliminary design course KATAPULT and have your drawings checked during a portfolio consultation. We start at 11 a.m. in the auditorium.
11 a.m.: Consultation on our BA programs and on how to apply
11.30 a.m.: Artistic portfolio consultation with Prof. Silke Helmerdig: You can only participate in the portfolio consultation if you have your own drawings with you. Please bring the original drawings (tablet or cell phone are not accepted).
You can come to the consultation day in the auditorium without registration.
In addition, we also offer you an online appointment. It starts at 2 pm! If you also want to receive an online portfolio consultation, please register for it with these data:
Name, desired study program, phone number, pdf with your drawings (max. 10 mb).

Our portfolio consultations are a service for all those who want to apply for a study program and would like to get an assessment of their drawings. A portfolio consultation cannot make any statement about the later selection procedure in the application process.
Alfaview – this is how it works:
You can get to the online appointment with the free program Alfaview - just install it briefly and you're there!
As a participant, you transmit an audio and video signal when you enter the room, but you can also deactivate it. You can also ask a question at any time via the chat function.
The link to the room
Test the access to the lecture room before the event. The room is accessible before the event. If you have not used AlfaView before, please test the access via the link and install the software beforehand.
You will need a Windows PC, Mac or iPad, preferably with a camera and microphone. Unfortunately, AlfaView does not run on a smartphone. Tip: Put on headphones, otherwise there will be feedback.
Click on the participant link. A window opens to enter the lecture hall. If you're using Alfaview for the first time please click on "Download AlfaView" and install the software – otherwise it will not work. The installed software does not need to be started, it just needs to be there.
Enter your name and enter the room now.
If necessary, accept the terms and conditions.
Voilà, you are in.
