What were two of the key takeaways from your time in the MBA program?
1. Being mindful of even small cultural differences can significantly enhance communication and cooperation. This awareness is crucial for successfully achieving greater goals in an international environment.
2. The best persuasive strategies focus on WII-FM (What's In It For Me). This became my guiding principle in the following years when communicating with higher management or customers. Cultures can make a huge difference in communication and co-operation. Considering this while working in an international environment is the key to achieving greater goals successfully.

In what ways did the MBA help prepare you for the German labor market?
Exposure to various companies in Germany within a safe and open environment provided me with valuable insights into the specific skills and qualities the German labour market demands. I later emphasized these skills in my resume and interviews, which helped me secure multiple job offers.

How would you describe your MBA experience?
I enjoyed exciting classes, real-life business cases, group discussions, and very practical and valuable company projects. Diversity was also the highlight of the program. My MBA time at Pforzheim University was a great experience. I am happy that I made the right choice for my education and good preparation for my career.

Thank you, Paritosh!
