On June 17, 2026, the Business School at Pforzheim University presented this year’s Teaching and Practice Awards, once again recognizing outstanding dedication to teaching.

The Pforzheim Business School enjoys an excellent reputation—built on the people who teach, conduct research, and study here. Outstanding individuals, exceptional achievements in teaching, applied research, and close collaborations with industry shape the faculty’s profile. Professors serve as catalysts, trusted advisors, and role models, while adjunct faculty members contribute their valuable professional experience to academic education.

A distinctive feature of the teaching awards is their origin: the nominees are proposed by the students themselves. In this way, the faculty specifically honors educators who leave a lasting impression through their expertise, dedication, and passion for teaching. This is complemented by the Industry-Academia Teaching Award for the successful integration of academic rigor and professional practice, as well as by the Dean’s Award for Distinguished Lecturers.
