Guest in Classroom #4: Daniel Hänsch, Strategic Product Manager at MEIKO
News
We make the world a cleaner place
In the recently organized ‘Guest in Classroom’ session, we learnt a lot from our alumnus Daniel Hänsch, a Strategic Product Manager at MEIKO Group. In this insightful session, Daniel took us on a journey through MEIKOs motto of ‘Making the world a cleaner place,’ the mechanisms in place at the firm to make this happen through their cutting-edge cleaning and desinfection technology.
He discussed about the role of Strategic Product Management in driving innovation in a fast-changing world, and how it can make a huge difference to be constantly on the lookout for maximising customer benefit.
One of the key aspects of the job, as one would imagine, is being proactively ready for challenges, driven through the market trends like, moving to a digital value proposition along with the ‘All Manufacturing and Production’ mindset. Phase-wise implementation of new competencies and setups enabling the workforce to cater to a digitalized world is ongoing and will be a focus at MEIKO, according to Daniel. With platforms like Connect, MEIKO is set for the digital journey.
Answering to some interesting questions from us, about food-waste technology to name one, Daniel spoke about how MEIKO dishwashing machines help in converting the food remnants into energy. He also threw light on the certification procedure to launch a model, the quality standards and KPIs in place at MEIKO to ensure top-notch performance.
After the session, we engaged in a candid conversation with him, to discuss about overall personality development, about how to choose a career path, and so on.
THANK YOU Daniel for sharing your knowledge and thoughts with us. We are extremely grateful to you and look forward to staying connected.
