Winter has returned to pforzheim overnight. The Pforzheim University campus is covered in a thick blanket of white snow. For some of our international MBA students coming from much warmer regions, this is the first heavy snowfall they have ever experienced. And thy are thrilled. While our students are enjoying the semester break by travelling through Europe or taking part in pre-semester German language classes, in the MBA office the preparations for the summer semester 2025 are in full swing.  
We are very happy to be able to welcome more students from different countries to our MBA program for the summer intake who will join the batch that started in the winter semester. Thus, the Class of 2026 will grow even more in cultural diversity. They all will gather in classroom at the beginning of March to learn about the exciting semester that awaits them. Courses such as Strategic Management & International Business Development and Accounting & Finance in an International Context will be complemented by Management Skills and Research Methods classes. The specializations in Innovation & Digital Business and Sustainable Globalization will commence in summer and will continue through the next winter semester. Electives in Decision Making, Change Management, Leadership and Negotiation, taught by Pforzheim University´s own professors and international lecturers and professors, will complement the mandatory classes.
Besides this, several networking events like Guest in Classroom sessions, an Alumni Meet Current Students event and a 4 day excursion are planned to enable our students to be exposed to the German business world and build up a strong professional network in Germany.
