How has it been working in Germany?
As a working student at Bosch (BSH) in partnership management, my role was customer data management. The presumption I had that Germans are rigid changed completely because my colleagues were open to new ideas, gave a real good feedback and discussed every thought and idea I presented. They made me feel valued and included.
Now, at Mercedes Benz AG, I feel a lot more confident since I gained adequate experience. I feel good accomplishing my tasks, my colleagues support me, and there is a wonderful intercultural environment. I currently handle a role which is an integration of core IT and business perspectives.

What aspects of the MBA program would you tie to your success after graduation?
Coming from a software engineering background, the MBA helped me gain a business perspective, strengthen my critical thinking skills which now enables me to build a bridge between core IT and the business domains.
