Why did you choose Hochschule Pforzheim?
Hochschule Pforzheim's AACSB accreditation places it among the top business schools globally. The international environment and the opportunity to learn from a diverse cohort of students from around the world were crucial factors in my decision. The MBA program's blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience through company projects and collaborations as well as the vast network of partner universities was particularly appealing.
What was your career path like after graduation?
After graduation I embarked on an exciting journey in the field of HRIT (Human Resources Information Technology). With my broad understanding of business operations, I was well equipped to understand the interplay between technology and business processes. My current role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver HRIT solutions, developing and executing change management strategies, and providing business consulting services to optimize HR processes and systems.
What were two of the key takeaways from your time in the MBA program?
Global Perspective and Cultural Awareness: The international nature of the MBA program, along with my experience at BYU, enriched my understanding of global markets and cultural dynamics. The diverse student body and cross-cultural interactions were invaluable, allowing me to work effectively in multicultural environments and understand different business practices and perspectives. These takeaways have been instrumental in both my professional and personal growth and success in leading teams and managing projects in a global context.
Thanks, Ceyla!
