The Master of Arts study program in Service Marketing (MSM) aims to complement the most functional elements of the Bachelor Marketing program by providing students with an institutional consolidation at an academic level. Students will be expected to develop strategic service marketing concepts independently, based on the challenges which are associated with service marketing by using specific approaches of service market research. Furthermore they will learn how to store service controlling data empirically and how to incorporate technological requirements in the implementation of service strategies. Moreover, as employees are of vital importance within the field of marketing, acquiring skills in staff management are a focus of the study program.
Students will acquire the competence and skills required to be an experienced manager in the future and thus will be able to make an active contribution towards the dynamic development of a service provider.
