Admission requirements

  1. University degree with 210 ECTS in business or engineering with an emphasis on computer science or respectively, a bachelor or diplom in computer science with an engineering or business minor. Applicants with less than 210 ECTS but at least with 180 ECTS may be allowed. In this case, you must graduate in the course of the master's program additional performance records.

  2. Excellent German language knowledge (TestDaF (4 subtests): in 2 subtests at least level 4 and in the other 2 subtests level 5) and excellent English language knowledge (B2 level)

  • One recent photograph 
  • Proof of Final School Leaving Examination (University Entrance Qualification).
    Please submit a legally attested photocopy of your final school leaving certificate.
  • Official Transcript of Records as a proof of a first degree from a university.
    Please submit a legally attested photocopy of your first degree's Transcript of Records.
  • Proof of English language proficiency (e.g. TOEFL) 
  • Proof of German language proficiency (e.g. TestDAF)
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Letter of motivation (two pages)
  • Recommendation letter (professional and/or academic)
  • Professional Experience (optional)
    Proof of any previous employment, a letter from an applicant's current and/or former employer evaluating work performance or some other acceptable documentation of work experience should be provided.
  • Excellent GRE or GMAT test results will increase your chances for admission.

Application Deadline

Please note that the Master of Science in Information Systems only begins in the winter semester. Classes begin in early October. The application deadline is JULY 15th.
