The focus of the MBA Program is on two occupational areas:
- The strategically-oriented HR manager or personnel development officer as business partner to the management. The core modules here are: Strategic Human Resources Management: Basics, Functions, IT and Strategic Human Resources Management: Strategy, Structure, Effectiveness.
- The external management consultant or in-house consultant, also working in HR development as a process consultant. The focus here is on: Consulting and Consulting Practice.
The development of consulting skills is linked to both occupational areas.
The core element for both occupational areas is the international orientation and the improvement of methodological and social skills (presentation, chairing meetings, fascilitation of groups, project management, team development). A further essential element is the attainment of general management qualifications which are needed for future-oriented business career.
