Besides arranging a personal consultation with program assistant Ellen Platz, take advantage of university-wide open house events, such as HIT (Hochschulinformationstag) and SIT (Studieninformationstag) and experience Pforzheim University for yourself.  There you can meet the program director and other faculty and it's an excellent opportunity to introduce yourself.
