The integration of an internship into your studies is key to a practically-oriented education. The completion of your practical semester enables you to experience and influence the inner workings of a business first-hand. Here, your theoretical knowledge will be enriched through practical experience.

Each of our students is required to complete an internship, which must include at least 100 working days, in his or her fifth semester at Pforzheim University. Due to the international orientation of the various departments in the Business and Law division of Pforzheim University, internships in foreign countries are particularly sought after. Intensive advising allows the student’s practical semester to be evaluated and systematically integrated into his or her studies while internship-specific goals are met. Thus, theory and practice are mated.

For a listing of current internship positions, see our Career rubric.
