Business Administration / International Marketing 

Course Contents 

Students spend their first 3 semesters (90 ECTS) at Pforzheim University.  They take the general studies program (general business administration, economics, law, quantitative methods) for which they gain 63 ECTS.  They are given 14 ECTS for courses in marketing. 

15 ECTS must be gained through English language programs.  The following two semesters (60 ECTS) will be spent at a chosen partner university.  There students will specialize in the field of marketing:

  • Marketing mix (20 ECTS)
  • Marketing information/market research (12 ECTS)
  • Special aspects of marketing (8 ECTS)
  • Research project (4 ECTS)
  • Business Spanish and option (8 ECTS)
  • Decision theory (8 ECTS)

An internship in the area of marketing (30 ECTS) should also be done abroad.  Supervision is carried out by the respective partner universities.  Students will complete their last 30 ECTS in their 7th semester at Pforzheim University.
