Short overview
Microelectronics can be found in our everyday lives in, amongst other things, digital audio and video technology, MP3 players and also in modern navigation systems or satellite-assisted applications.
Modern microelectronic systems depend on the interaction between hardware and software. This interface illustrates a key skill and accurately reflects the field of operation of information technology.
Therefore during your studies you will learn how hard and software come together, you learn about the methods of how to develop hard and software, to understand technological systems and promote new developments on this basis. Due to the interdisciplinary orientation you will later have the opportunity to pursue an outstanding career in different fields.
