Quality Management 

Quality has a name: QUBE.

The QUality BEnefit cube represents the six fundamental aims for continuous improvement within the Business Administration and Engineering study programs. Our Business Administration and Engineering students not only gain specialized knowledge of their subject and learn how to think critically and analytically but they also acquire information technology competencies and social skills in communication, team working and ethical awareness.

This study program is working towards guaranteeing and optimizing quality management as part of an “ongoing project” at Pforzheim University.

Professors and staff within the Business Administration and Engineering study programs are striving to impart these six core competencies to students in order to prepare them for their future lives and careers.

The alignment matrix which focuses on quality management demonstrates how these aims have also been implemented into the curriculum. It provides details of how each individual lecture contributes towards the quality management aims of the University. In the first few semesters the main focus is on the introduction and transfer of knowledge and methods after which the emphasis is on consolidation and application.
