The most important information at a glance!

Overview

The Master of Arts study program in Service Marketing (MSM) aims to complement most of the functional elements of the Marketing program learned at Bachelor level through an institutional consolidation on an academic level.  Based on the specific challenges, which are associated with service  marketing, students will be expected to develop their strategic service marketing concepts independently, using specific approaches of service market research and to empirically ensure/secure service controlling and also to consider the technological requirements in the implementation of service strategies.  As staff are required to approach a special relevance when marketing, furthermore additional skills in staff management are focused on during the program.
The competence and skills required to be a qualified future manager will be imparted in order to be able to contribute towards a dynamic development of a service provider.
