Controlling, Finance & Accounting (M.A.) 

Educational Goal & Teaching Methods 

Goal of the three semester Master Study Program is the education of highly-qualified graduates with leadership skills in the field of Accounting and Finance, whereby the three academic disciplines Controlling, Finance and Accounting are linked.

The graduates must be able to take over independently highly-demanding operative tasks after a short period of training in international enterprises and develop strategic perspectives.

The students are taught to work independently and analytically with regard to the demands of a Master study program. The applied methods consider on the one hand key qualifications and on the other hand the professional orientation of the study program.

The teaching methods of individual courses are described in the course catalogue descriptions. The focus is on the formation of small groups in order to achieve intensive learning on high level. By this a personal contact between faculty members and students is garantueed so that questions and problems can be solved individually.
