Our Admission Requirements 

The admission requirements are as follows:

    1. An academic degree with a minimum final grade of 2,5 and at least two year’s work experience; within one year respective experience in the field of Human Resources or Consulting.

    2. The following criteria will be taken into account in the preselection of applications: the final grade class, the letter of motivation, the work experience/references and language ability. The interview selection will be based on the following criteria:  motivation, presentation skills, work experience, and relevant language knowledge.

    3. The applicant has to prove advanced skills in the German and English language, for non-native speakers (German: DSH 2 or TestDaF, Level 4; English: Level B2 or TOEFL). If the verification cannot be presented not until the program starts, this can be proved in the beginning of the first semester at the University of Pforzheim. A study, school qualifications, or working experience in the language can also be accepted as verification.

  • An up-to-date passport picture
  • A certified copy of your university entrance qualification
  • A certified copy of your first degree (Bachelor/Diploma transcript of records and Bachelor/Diploma certificate)
  • Tabular CV
  • Two-page letter of motivation
  • A reference from either an academic institution or from a company/institution outside of the academic field
  • Proof of work experience
  • Proof of German/ English language abilities for non-native speakers
