Human Resources Management 

The lectures in the Human Resources Management study program are primarily in the form of seminars and training programs.  Students are expected to work on topics and projects independently – individually or in teams and present them.  In order to prepare them optimally for employment we develop their social and personal skills through work-related training seminars which are conducted in small groups.  The following training programs are offered regularly:

• project management
• presentation training
• interviewing employees
• applications training
• SAP training

Another special feature is the Personnel Forum with over 250 members from company representatives. Personnel officers lecture on current projects and topics in the classes. Students take part in these course-related lectures. Therefore by the end of their studies students will have gained information about the latest developments in practice. We regularly participate in international student conferences as we are members of a network of European partner universities. Furthermore we support our students if they wish to do a study semester or internship abroad.
