MBA IM: Company visit at L'Oréal
Our current MBA students have been invited to the L'Oréal Group in Karlsruhe for a company visit. Firstly, two L'Oréal employees introduced the world market leader in cosmetics by presenting interesting figures of the L'Oréal Group. After that, they offered a tour through their production site in Karlsruhe where they produce the creams and shampoos mainly for the European market.
Our students had the chance to see the whole production process from the very beginning with the arrival of raw materials, the mixing of ingredients up to the end where the tubes and bottles are filled and packed. L'Oréal was very open for answering questions from our students. Throughout the whole company visit, L'Oréal took care and was very interested in our international MBA students. Summed up, for both sides it was a great experience getting to know each other.
