Kompetenzziele und Lernergebnisse 

Der Prozess von Studium und Lehre ist darauf ausgerichtet, die unten definierten Kompetenzziele zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus werden Lernergebnisse definiert, die in operationalisierter Form zur periodischen Überprüfung der Zielerreichung verwendet werden. Nach einem systematischen Plan werden die Lernergebnisse mit Hilfe von Bewertungsschemata gemessen und die Ergebnisse werden in den Professorenteams bzw. Studienkommissionen analysiert und interpretiert.

Die Zielsetzung dieses Prozesses ist die systematische Identifikation von Verbesserungspotentialen. Konkrete Maßnahmen werden daraus abgeleitet und sind darauf gerichtet, den Lernprozess und Lernfortschritt der Studierenden zu optimieren.

Students analyze and design strategies and instruments of international HRM and HR development.

Students enhance business development strategies in restructuring, international market development, and product innovation.

Students make use of broad knowledge of cross-cultural differences in international collaboration.

Students are able to apply business and organizational knowledge, methods, and tools to real business situations and use critical thinking skills to develop effective solutions for complex or unfamiliar problems by integrating knowledge from different perspectives.
Transfer competence and multi-discipline based critical thinking

Students screen and evaluate academic knowledge in areas of change management, consulting, and HRM strategies for its application potential.

Students assess and evaluate recent trends in HR processes and HR development by keeping a critical distance to these trends.
